The Gym is equivalent to your neighborhood gym and serves the local community. This is not just a room with a treadmill and a couple of weights, this is a fully loaded gym with every machine that you’d find in your gym in your local neighborhood, with free weights, dumb bells, and wide variety of cardio machines and equipment that will provide you with all that you need for a trimming, toning and sculpting workout. The Gym also offers a wide variety of classes such as spinning, yoga, and aqua aerobics that are offered at the El Taj Oceanfront pool. Even if all you want is to do a 30 minute walk on the treadmill or elliptical, The Gym accommodates guests of all levels.
